Details

Irina would like updates on her Lenovo and if her files are recoverable.
Also, she needs:

* backup software
* files restored
* openvpn installed & configured
Your files have been recovered.
Someone needs to make sure she is using crashplan.
Irina's mac and Lenovo has been set up with vpn access and her files are have been transferred. She is deciding on which machine she wants to stick with.
