Gray Page after load
Steps to reproduce:
* launch fennec from the command line
* Open a second tab on google.com
* kill fennec by hitting Ctrl+C on the console
* launch fennec again
Actual results:
* Trying to load a remote pages results into a gray page
Expected results:
* Trying to load a remote page works
To go back to a normal state, closing the browser normally is enough.
