This ether doc - http://etherpad.mozilla.org:9000/beta-styles - will contain all style-specific items that need modification or correction before the beta launch  of the Builder next month. The list may grow, so please check with me before marking this bug fixed.

I've done 3 of them. I don't undertand the 5th. For the button styles regarding the 1st, what's different? They look largely the same to me, besides the lack of icons outside the editor.

Attachment: Ugly buttons styles that leave gaps between the border and dark gradient

The buttons in the editor are smaller, with less radius, and different gradient colors for normal and pressed states.

The last style issue is those constantly uneven large green buttons with icons and an *image* gradient behind the icon. The dark green has never been flush with the button border between versions of the browser on different OSes. I suggest we replace  the gradient part of the image and use an element with a CSS gradient instead.

First request: I made the buttons have the same gradient and border radius. Making them smaller seemed cramped since they're text, not images.
