I believe this is a dup of bug 654573, although if telemetry is causing this to happen a lot more we should consider disabling telemetry for this release.

This is the same crash.  AFAIK, telemetry is disabled by default.

No, *sending* is disabled by default, but we are collecting the telemetry data locally.
