Certainly there are some pages which misuse CSS styles, making it impossible to reach its content (text, images, etc)
I can disable page styles through menus (View > Page Style > No Style), but this is not persistent.
Page Info dialog should offer a 'Disable page styles' preference on permissions tab so I (user) can turn it permanent
Reproducible: Always

This sounds more appropriate to the new Site-Specific permissions manager. Moving component.
Component: Page Info → Preferences
QA Contact: page.info → preferences
Version: unspecified → Trunk
Valid feature request, this would be nice.
