Once all applications are switched to using the new initialization code, we can get rid of XRE_WANT_DLL_BLOCKLIST, which was kept for compatibility. Patch against current m-c is https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=522983, but it is likely to bitrot with bug 658847.

Do you happen to recall which bug/patch-set did the "new initialization code" ? So we can get bugs open on Suite/TB and mark proper bug dependancies.

bug 552864 for browser. bug 675396 did it for mobile, too.

Now that both Seamonkey and Thunderbird are using the new initialization code, we can do this cleanup.
