Need a template hook that can allow an extension to modify certain header attributes of show_bug.cgi such as style_urls, etc. Attach patch that adds 'end' to the right template so that an extension can create extensions/Extension/template/en/default/hook/bug/show-header-end.html.tmpl. dkl
