2. Click on 'See All' link for featured extensions

expected behavior:
https://addons-next.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/featured loads


observed behavior:
https://addons.allizom.org/z/en-US/firefox/extensions/?sort=featured

Same behavior for 'featured' link under browse menu
