In the "All Sites" interface, the passwords permission menulist should use "Always Ask" instead of "Allow" because that better reflects what's happening when you enable password saving.
Hmm, this sounded like a good idea when I was reading the comment in bug 659087, but password saving is different from geolocation and indexedDB because there isn't a distinction between "Always Ask" and "Allow" for individual sites. If we can only have "Allow"/"Block" options for individual sites, I think it might be confusing to have "Always Ask"/"Block" be the options in the "All Sites" interface. Maybe this is a WONTFIX?
We could expose an "Always ask" option for individual sites if the password manager supported removing exceptions. Maybe we should file a pwmgr on that?
about:permissions has been removed in bug 933917.
