65948 - FAQ for mozilla.wishlist newsgroup

Besides the one for mozilla.general (bug 65457), this is a must for the new
newsgroup structure, since mozilla.wishlist will have some magic to advertise
this FAQ. http://www.ags.uni-sb.de/~afranke/mozilla/bugs-faq.html may have some
stuff that could be used for it.

I promise that I won't file any more bugs for the remaining newsgroups. I'll
leave that to you... :)

BTW, having such an FAQ would be useful independent of the reorg.

Now that (in the wake of 1.0 and all the end-users with a sense of entitlement
it's attracted to n.p.m.*) I've created http://velvet.net/~fun/mozilla/ngfaq.txt
(FAQ: Is this the right newsgroup for me to post to?), someone suggested a
similar FAQ for wishlist.

Stuff to put in said FAQ:

* Check the 1.0 User FAQ first.

* Search Bugzilla in case it's in there already. Search again with different
  possible search terms.

* Check the Most Frequently Duplicated page.

* Try your question as 'How do I ...' on the user newsgroups.

I'm also posting a pointer to this bug on n.p.m.wishlist .
