I've somehow lost access to all SUMO reports in Webtrends. I can only see the main SUMO overview page http://people.mozilla.org/~mverdi/screenshots/SUMO_-_Profile_Dashboard__Support.mozilla.com-20110525-075043.jpg
this is not a metrics bug, we don't control webtrends access. Not sure who can help here, but I think it's most likely an account requests bug. Sorry for leaving this unattended for so long, close if no longer necessary.
