PSM doesn't work through NETCACHE 4.1 proxy

Details
Netcache 4.1 is being used for a http proxy. PSM is installed correctly -- it works fine for secure internal sites. Proxy settings are correct and all external non-secure sites work (including this one). When attempting to access a secure site through the proxy, an alert box with "[URL] not found. Please check the name and try again" appears. An example would be https://www.fortify.net/sslcheck.html

Mozilla 2001020508, Linux Same thing is happening for me; using Squid 2.4 (recent CVS snapshot). Can't access https pages through the proxy; non-secure pages work. Both work if I don't use the proxy server. Netscape 4.76 (Linux) and MSIE *can* access secure sites through the same proxy, so I think this is a problem in recent mozilla builds.
