I'm unable to print from Firefox, but can print from I.E.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click Print from an email
2.Click Print from File drop down list.
3.Hit Print hotkeys.    


Actual Results:  
1.Click Print from an email
2.Click Print from File drop down list.
3.Hit Print hotkeys.

Expected Results:  
an unknown error occured while printing

I have tried the about: config  Print.print.print solution, but it does not help.
I searched this site and saw others have had this issue, but did not see a patch or a fix.  Thank you in advance for your kind reply.

As mentioned I am able to print if I use Internet Explorer.

Without knowing which email provider is being referred to here, there's to way to even test if this is still an issue.
