Right now if I load the "maybe reboot" buildbot step I see a blank log. If I look at tinderbox logs I see the message "maybe rebooting" or "reboot after 1 test run" if it is a talos job. I want to be sure that the right command is being executed rather than assuming it did.

Found in triage. Feels to me like *what* gets reported during reboot step (this bug) is orthogonal to *when* we do reboots (as best as I understand bug#660080). Leaving dependency in place for now, and triaging to correct component. Once people with more context are investigating, they can figure out if this dependency is valid.

Given that we're trying to stop rebooting (bug 1028191) I don't think this will ever be addressed.
