+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #660137 +++

I want the changes in bug 660137 rolled live. It should be a matter of grabbing the newest broker.py and sticking it in the proper place on hg.mozilla.org
Done.

Can you add broker.py to the hghooks repository in hg?  http://hg.mozilla.org/hgcustom/hghooks/  It'll be helpful going forward to have everything in one place.
