The Voluntary Product Accessibility Template has not been updated for Firefox 4.

It is not clear if we need this document updated and if so who will do this for Firefox 4/5/6/etc.

From what I can tell, the only thing we need to document for Firefox 4 and beyond is that Panorama currently is not accessible. All other statements are still valid. And Panorama will hopefully become accessible after Victoriam's intern project.

I reviewed this a couple of years ago for Firefox 3, and we didn't have to actually touch it except for the version numbers ever since.

Hi all. Mayumi asked me to check whether we have any legal obligation to keep this page. From a very quick check, it doesn't look like it's a legal requirement, but a good practice. The purpose, per this website: http://www.itic.org/index.php?src=gendocs&ref=vpat&category=resources is "a tool used to document a product's conformance with the accessibility standards under Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. The purpose of the VPAT is to assist Federal contracting officials and other buyers in making preliminary assessments regarding the availability of commercial "Electronic and Information Technology" products and services with features that support accessibility." That site also says there's a recent update to the VPAT form.

It makes sense to me that the accessibility team would keep it updated. Marco are you willing to take ownership of it?

Coming back to this bug. Is this something we need to review/re-do or should I close the bug?
