66017 - can't open files

some how changed my files

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.try to open any file

Actual Results:  Error message when trying to open files:
Windows cannot find Netscape6.exe
This program is needed for opening files of
type"Mozilla jpeg Image file"

Expected Results:  I expected to view my files and family picture album any time 
i wanted to. But, now everything has changed and i can't access any of them

I installed Netscape6, but it was acting up and freezing quite often,
so i uninstalled it per instructions. Now, back to my netscape4.76,
which i never uninstalled(thank God) when i down load anything and 
save it to disk, i cant open it either with out getting the sam error
message. I can't even open files if i go through windows explorer with
out getting the same message.
How in the world would i get rid of this problem. Pleas explain in 
half way plain english, as i'm not to swift at all these fancy tern 
they use on these things thank you.

[e-mail], what program used to open when you tried to open a .jpg 
file?  You might be able to fix the problem by simply running that program from 
the start menu, although most likely it will be a little trickier.
