Hey Laura - Thanks so much for filing this bug for the press kit! 

Just to be clear we should remove the "4" in the Rev Guide copy so it just says "Firefox Reviewer's Guide" with a link to the guide.

Updated in on static.mozilla.com in r90761. This will take a few minutes to show up live, but doesn't need a push to stage/production.
