Pressing space scrolls down. Nice.

But in this page:
www.w3schools.com/html/html_forms.asp
I click on a checkbox, then I press space: this (un)ticks the checkbox, without scrolling down. This is OK. The checkbox is not dotted in that ugly Windows style, but it has the focus.

So far, so good.

But in the Mozilla Bugzilla voting page, strangely, things happen differently:
To see the problem happening, go to the Mozilla Bugzilla page of this
bug (starting with "https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/") and vote for it!
I click on the checkbox, then I press space: this (un)ticks the checkbox *and* scrolls down. This is not OK. The checkbox is dotted in that ugly Windows style, which means that it has the focus.

And I agree, this looks like a dupe of bug 313685. Both the testcase in attachment 535821 [details] and the Bugzilla voting page have check boxes as a children of <a> as described in bug 313685.
