Attached file testcase
This seems to work for me, or perhaps I'm not understanding what you mean. In the testcase, that I attached, you see the number 4, or do you see something else?
the markup in that test case isn't valid as far as I can tell. uploading a more suitable testcase.

For some reason, it won't allow me to set the type of html?

That testcase certainly works. However on the incredible lengthy one of the url linked, it does not pick up placing. Testing elsewhere, it also works. Having tried another vBulletin powered forum, it didn't work there either. I can thus only assume it's there software that's causing the problem of <optgroup> tag. Either way, marking this as it currently stands as invalid.

Ok, so it happens on the Forum Jump "Incredible S General" select one? I think I've seen it once happening. This is probably not a problem with the website, but a problem with Fennec. Ideally, we need a testcase that can reproduce the issue.
(In reply to comment #10) > Ok, so it happens on the Forum Jump "Incredible S General" select one? Yup, I'll play around try and come up with a reproducible testcase.
