When Thunderbird crashes it fails to send the report from the screen that pops up.

so it crashes when you click on any URL in a message?

It crashes after I have gone to a browser(Firefox) and then I notice it pops up a screen that says Thunderbird has crashed. It won't let me send a report because it says the report failed to send.

Sandra can you follow the instructions at https://developer.mozilla.org/en/how_to_get_a_stacktrace_with_windbg and attach a stack trace to this bug ? (note that you'll need to replace firefox by thunderbird in those instructions).
