Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode?

Do you still see the issue if considering the cases in comment 1.
Also, can you be more clear on what issue to look for. Can you attach a screenshot or a screen video capture of it? Thanks
This happens in private browsing mode or not. Oops, I see this is not what you asked. I'll check that in a moment and post an update.
I am using Firefox 4.0.1 on OpenSuSE 11.4. It is always reproducible. The issue is with a link that is at the bottom of the page. You can see it by creating a page that is long enough to fill the browser window with a link on the absolute last line of the page.
It does not occur in safe mode. with my test page. The reason is that the link is on the bottom left, and the tooltip is now on the bottom right instead of the bottom left. And, the tooltip bounces back and forth depending on where I put the mouse, so the bug no longer exists.
Here is a sample page to show the bug:
http://www.i-pi.com/~ingham/mozillabug.html
Make your window a size where all you see is the links filling the window. Hover the cursor over a link on the bottom left or right part of the window. When the bug is active, you will see the cursor "shaking" as it draws the tooltip then erases it, and you will not be able to click the link.
This problem appears associated with Redirect Remover 2.6.4. With it disabled, the bug does not appear. Is there a way to report the bug to the author without having to create yet another login at another bug site?

Each add-on author has it's own way to receive bug reports and in this case it looks like you have to create another login at the support forum.
