Build: 2001011912

To reproduce:
* Start a new Composer document.
* Type `Three blind mice'.
* Press Option+Left.

What happens:
* Nothing.

What should happen:
* The caret should go to the left of the `m' in `mice'.

Bug occurs in:
* Composer
* message composition

Bug does not occur in:
* TEXTAREA form elements
* XP Toolkit text entry fields
