File tree drag and drop throws an error or leads to unexpected results

Details

While dragging files in the tree, I noticed that at times the new location of a dropped file would not be persisted. Also, on one of the drops I received this error: attachment is undefined [Break On This Error] attachment.reassign({
Assignee: nobody → smcarthur
Priority: -- → P1
Target Milestone: --- → Builder 0.9.5
Another drag operation I just tried resulted in this error: POST https://builder-addons-next.allizom.org/addon/rename_attachment/1000219/revision/111/ 500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR 7.77s
Any other steps to reproduce? It's not happening for me...
