OS: Android 2.2
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Fennec App
2. Go to http://people.mozilla.com/~mfinkle/fennec/addons/
3. Tap on any xpi file
4. Pan left/right for side panel
Expected result:
Notification bar should not be hidden on first view.
Actual result:
Notification bar is hidden underneath the URL Bar.
Note:
This bug is regression for Bug 617359.

It's only hidden under if you scroll down and then pan left or right.

not tracking. we are planning to start using a door-hanger style notification soon. When we do implement those, this bug will become wontfix. Please follow bug 661148 for the new notification UI.
