The current Evan video in the behind the scenes mentions phases 2 and phases 3.

We need to replace it with a new video, which should be coming in the next day or so.

I uploaded those files to videos.m.o in place of the existing videos. Code changes should not be needed.

Since it's a CDN, I do expect it to take a little while[TM] though until it makes it through.
