STR:
1.Install Firefox 3.5.19 or 3.6.17
2.Load and install https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/addon/hazaaron-khwaishein-aisi/

Expected Result:Add-on should not be installed.
Actual Result:Add-on installs
