Note: It's unclear whether the problem is during submission or on the dashboard.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on "Firefox Made me Sad because..." on the Feedback button in Firefox
2. Type in a test message
3. Opt-in to send a URL and either add in a URL or use the one that's already populated into the message
4. Submit your message.
5. Check the dashboard for your submission.

Actual Results:
The URL is not shown with the message.

Expected Results:
The URL is shown with the message.
To mime aakashd, the behavior appears to exist in both Firefox as well as when submitting feedback on the mobile site via Fennec. This exists on both prod and stage.
