The l10n team would like to create a new newsgroup called mozilla.dev.l10n.announce. We will use this newsgroup for one-to-many communication about new projects, milestones and deadlines. The description should be: "Announcements about new localization projects and important updates to the existing ones. If you want to subscribe to only one localization-related newsgroup, make it this one (low volume, high signal-to-noise ratio)."
