Now that 5.0b1 is out, we should offer the beta to some of the users on the 3.1.x beta channel so that we can get more coverage. We have about 30k users on the 3.1.x channel, so I'd like to see if we could get about half of those (and leave half on 3.1.x for the next release there).

This is the tracking bug, I'll file more for the required work.
