662413 - all-beta.html lacks a few locales released with Firefox 5 beta3

Description

[Pascal Chevrel:pascalc (PTO until April 26)]

The Product-details library development release version was bumped up from 5.0b2 to 5.0b3 last Friday but new locales shipped with 5.0b3 were not added to the library. I am going to do it.

There is now a testing page that compares the state of product-details to the shipped-locale file on mercurial:

As dicussed with juanb and LegNeato on IRC, this page should be checked the day of the release on trunk and production to make sure we don't forget locales.
