Details

We should figure out what stats would be useful to get telemetry data on for our mobile HTTP cache work.  How long the various I/O operations take would be one place to start.

Might as well throw in any other useful stats for caching in general (including non-mobile).  See bug 658894 to see if Honza and I manage to agree on a way to measure the cache hit rate in general :)
