Desktop builds from the hg.m.o/projects/electrolysis tree should be built using --enable-e10s-compat I think this is the patch.. don't know who should review it I need to land bug 662390 before this is deployed

I really don't think we want to make this changes in the buildbot configs: just change the default setting in the electrolysis repo to "on", and be careful about merges.
