blogs.mozilla-europe.org uses a visual theme that was created by community members as part of a design contest 3 years ago. This design is a bit dated now and does not use HTML5, we should update that theme to be more similar to the next europe.mozilla.org theme
Mozilla Europe no longer exists, the blog is also closed and such activities are now covered by Mozilla Reps I believe, marking wontfix
