Details
One of the requirements is that the point value of actions can be changed over time and we should be able to recalculate total points based on the new point values. Some sort of task or management command will do.

Something we could fire from the admin would be great, so we wouldn't need IT's help.

Verified 'Init Karma' button on /admin/karma, deletes all current karma points to be recalculated
