with the recent Vidyo hardware install, I can no longer figure out how to present my laptop screen on the wall monitor in the 2nd-floor (releng-area) conference room "JK". I connect the DVI connector on the table, and I use the TV remove to switch the input to "(2) HDMI in", but I get no image on the TV. I ran into this problem in 2nd-floor GIGO, and discovered that the solution was to use the wall-mounted Vidyo control panel (next to the whiteboard, on the opposite site of the room from the TV). My deduction is that, in GIGO, the table-top DVI cable is routed into the Vidyo hardware, and the TV is only connected to the Vidyo hardware, so the TV's input selector is no longer useful. But in JK, there is no wall-mounted control panel, and the Vidyo remote control doesn't seem to make it possible to switch inputs to the HDMI cable. How can we make presentations with the new hardware? thanks!
Brian - JK doesn't have the wall panel. You'll need to use the Samsung remote and change the video input to HDMI/PC. The Vidyo remote only controls the PC under the table.
yeah, I tried that, and didn't get a signal. I'll try it again later today.. maybe I didn't wait long enough for it to sync. thanks!

There was a cable or DVI dongle issue. I was able to project my laptop and have it up and running now. Waiting for the meeting in JK to be cleared before further investigation.
Went back in JK to double check that everything fine, it is. Closing out bug. If anyone has any further issues, feel free to re-open bug or shoot me an email.
