I'm trying to add some Chinese localized strings to the Basic Information section of FlashGot, at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/addon/flashgot/edit

Whenever I try to save, I get the following errors and data is kept unchanged:

    English (US) : This add-on name is already in use. Please choose another.
    中文 (简体): This add-on name is already in use. Please choose another.
    Deutsch: This add-on name is already in use. Please choose another.

It's getting blocked by https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/flashgot-269965/.

Couldn't that one just be renamed and spurious duplicated like this just prevented at the initial upload stage (if it doesn't work this way yet)?

Any chance to have a work-around? 
Mozilla China contributed these strings, but I cannot publish them because of this bug :(

I deleted the add-on since it was admin-disabled and doesn't even have an owner. I'm not sure if the name is liberated automatically or further action is required.
