On Kitsune, you have to push the "Log in" button twice in order to log in. So: 1. Go to the Sign In page (https://support.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/users/login) 2. Enter credentials. 3. Click "Log in". Message: "Access denied: You do not have permission to access this page." 4. Click "Log in" again. (Credentials are still in the username and password field.) 5. Login succeeds.
