Hi All,

On the "Help, About" page, would you please consider including 32 bit or 64 bit in the information presented.

Many thanks,
-T

Reproducible: Always
The info you are looking for can be found in the about:support page help > troubleshooting information under the user agent.
Hi Kevin,

Thank you! "about:support" is a treasure trove!

Can we still have a remark as to 32/64 bit on the help, about page?

Many thanks,
-T
Where in about:support can I see it? I didn't find anything.
"Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:2.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0.1" does not mention 32bit or 64bit. You may mean if there isn't 64bit written, then it is 32bit. But that is not obvious.

I have come across the same issue, too.
It isn't clear anywhere whether it is 32bit or 64bit ! Therefore, I can't find information in order to deal with a problem that has arisen in my computer's system recently (and most of us aren't good with computers).
Is there any reason this hasn't been done? Is there a benefit to not following the convention of having the complete version in the "About" section of the app?

This is especially true now that the 64-bit version is mainstream. When an IT department is troubleshooting, it's going to be easier on personnel to just have the bit version in the "About" area.
Where to search for that string/message?
Requiring users to visually parse a user-agent string is silly.
You could print the word-size many places, but please present it in plain text.
The most convenient/obvious place to put it would be on the Help->About window.
This looks to be a duplicate of bug 597738
