Steps to reproduce:
1/ Open a compose window
2/ Attach a web page such as http://www.grüne.de/
3/ Send email

Expected result:
1/ Recipient has web page attached to email

Actual result:
1/ No attached web page

Testing with a web page such as http://www.google.co.uk/ works as expected
