In order to spread Mozilla along the places where is difficult for the community arrive (in a real and in a virtual way) I think that an awesome idea would be use Air Mozilla or a similar system (that brings to us the same possibilities).

The best way to explain this will be with an example:
Argentina is a very large country where the community is strong in the capital city (Buenos Aires) and we have very few members in the rest of the country and no communities (unless we haven't got news about them).

We are trying to arrive to the places where we have no presence, motivate contributors and make communities. This is a very hard work because of the distance. The e-mails, chats, blog's post and things like that don't motivate enough the very new members who are looking for the first push in order to start to collaborate (and find answers to their questions). If we spread and motivate with video we can show the energy in our movements, voice and face, we can answer questions, people can watch how we encourage, arrive to all the places of the country without travel, etc. So, in a very cheap and easy way we can increase and stimulate community contributors.

I propose a platform like air.mozilla because:
- It is easy to join and watch.
- It brings to us the possibility to arrive to lot of places at the same time.
- People can join an IRC room and send their questions there.
- We don't necessary need to see the future new contributors' video so, we just need to send video.

The main problem that I found on Skype is the lack of the possibility to make that lot of people watch you at the same time.
The main problems that I found  on Team Speak is the lack of video and the the complexity of set the connection for non-technical people.

I would like to know:
- Is possible that Mozilla will give to Mozilla Hispano (and why not all the communities) the use of Air Mozilla?
- What do we need in order to use Air Mozilla?
- If we can not use Air Mozilla, has Mozilla other similar service to offer?
- Can anybody find other video solution in order to brings the enthusiasm to lot of people at the same time?

Small update - 

Have reached out to two potential partners in Buenos Aires.  Researching a small "video broadcasting" platform.

This has been invented.  We did Mozilla Tunisia's Tour a couple weeks ago.
