We want a way for non-technical users to update the start and end dates in multiple snippets quickly. 

Current prototype/idea is an action in the dropdown box on the snippet list in the admin interface. Users check all the snippets that they want to change and execute the action, which brings up an intermediate page showing two date inputs for start and end dates. Submitting this form changes the snippets and returns the user to the list of snippets.
