Details

The Website Task Force has nominated despot.mozilla.org for retirement. This will require additional approvals to determine if it should be retired.
Assignee: nobody → chrismore.bugzilla
Despot is very much in use to protect (still remaining) CVS repositories (NSS and NSPR come immediately to mind). Sorry, you can't get rid of despot until CVS is no longer used at all.

I'd resolve this as invalid, but I'm not sure what the right procedure is to get despot off the retirement list.
Reed: Thanks for the information! Is there is a timeline when CVS will no longer be removed? I can mark this as invalid and then make a note for the retirement sub-committee.
No timeline, afaik... The NSS developers have made it clear they like CVS and will continue to use it for as long as possible. So, could be a long time. :)
Ahh, got it. I will remove it off of the retirement list and make note of this so we can revisit it in the future... the far future. :)
