2. Notice the 'Featured' flag

Chowse, what do you want to do with this? Seems like overlapping is kind of a feature. I mean, at least the title doesn't overlap the banner.

This is hardly a showstopper, but it does look a little janky; sure, the banner is _supposed_ to overlap the text, but it obscures text, which is rarely a good thing.
Could we add a right margin to the title box (or place a 1px tall right-floated element inside) to make sure they don't overlap? Is there a safe estimate for how 'wide' the featured banner's bounding box is?
