To better facilitate the development of the Vietnamese localization effort, please create the dev-l10n-vi mailing list. 

Initial administrators will be:

gen at mozilla dot com 
hitmanarky at gmail dot com

Gen: I note this request and one for Burmese, and that the admins are the same for each. Do you actually have > 1 localizer signed up for these two languages?

Dumitru, can an option for an English interface to the list administration be added?  Right now the only option is Vietnamese...

Also I note that this list does not have the Mozilla css applied to the info/admin pages. Can that be added please?

I switched back to English for "Default language for this list". I thought that since this is for a Vietnamese community, to make that the default language.
Re: css I am not sure exactly what you mean. Can you give more details?
