http://www.seamonkey-project.org/releases/#old should have a link to a http://www.seamonkey-project.org/releases/2.0.14 page to still be able to get to those legacy downloads, but both the link and the page are missing.

This should probably have been done as part of the 2.1 changes (bug 658874), like it was done with 2.0.14 for 2.0.13 (bug 650606 comment 1).
