steps to reproduce:
1. Load any add-on which is not supported on Firefox 5 like https://addons.allizom.org/z/en-US/firefox/i/addon/ie-tab-2-ff-36/
2. Notice the install button
expected behavior:
Install button is disabled
observed behavior:
Install button is enabled.

Chowse: are these install buttons following the same flow the current ones do. Disabled -> popup -> install anyway?
