Starting with 5.0, we're switching from doing 5.0rc1 .. n to 5.0build1 .. n. Since there's a possibility of having multiple builds now, we should start creating _BUILDn tags for them. This will require a minor tweak in tag-release.py.
Whoops, the patch for this ended up in bug 663894. In any case, it's landed.
