steps to reproduce: 1. Load https://addons.allizom.org/z/en-us/firefox/i/addon/adblock-plus/ 2. Click on the add-on homepage link observed behavior: The link directly loads http://adblockplus.org/ instead of using outgoing.mozilla.org
