Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.opentopia.com/webcam/9818
2. Select "Live Java Viewer" under "Viewing Mode" combobox
3. When the prompt dialog to accept/deny the java viewer to be shown, don't answer it. Leave it alone.

Actual Results:
CPU Utilization will increase to 100% until I accept/deny the prompt.

Expected Results:
The CPU Utilization shouldn't increase to 100% just because the options in the prompt haven't been selected.

Marking this as Resolved > Incomplete since the site feature view mode has been disabled.
If anyone can still reproduce this either re-open the feature or file a new issue.
